Donna earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds certificates in leadership development and manufacturing excellence. She has a Lean Green Belt.

He graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and received his master’s degree in economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has 13 years’ working experience in Sinopec (subsequently serving as workshop director, factory director ect. ) and 10 years’ experience as general manager in three American companies. Mr An joined Jiangxi Jiayin OPT-Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. in 2012. With considerable experience in petrochemical engineering, coal engineering, fine chemicals and semiconductor chemistry, he managed to boost the sales of MO source with the company leading the global market in 2015 after joining the company for only three years.
