Bart has developed deep expertise in a high-growth portfolio of tech-critical metals, specifically Indium, Bismuth, Germanium, and Gallium. Christian Hell graduated from the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg and has a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry. Since 2004, he was working for Photonic Sense as technical director. He has mainly been focused on material analytics and the Czochralski crystal growing process. After the change of ownership of the company, he became Managing Director of IV IR Optics in 2021. Since April 2026, Christian Hell has been overseeing the procurement of minor metals at TRADIUM, including gallium, germanium, and indium.

Mr. Shicheng Huang, with a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Central South University, has won the titles of the 13th batch of Top Talents of Liuzhou City, Liuzhou Model Worker, the 4th batch of Liuzhou Industrial Enterprise Experts of Special Government Allowance, the Management Leader of Longhua Technology Group, etc. He has obtained 7 invention patents, participated in the formulation of 4 industry standards, and ever won the first prize of Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of Achievement Award of Invention and Entrepreneurship Association.

Guangxi Crystal Union Photoelectric Materials Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the development and application of indium tin oxide (ITO) targets for 13 years. Through taking the lead in breaking the technological monopoly, which realized the localization of ITO targets, and achieveing the bulk supply of ITO targets by upgrading the liquid crystal panel production line from the 2.5th generation to the 10.5th generation, the company has become the leader in ITO localization.

With over 10 years of cross-industry experience in integrated marketing, brand management, and sales, she has previously worked at renowned domestic brand management and operations firms such as Zhongwai Mingren and Yangsi PR, as well as Youbao Technology, an O2O supply chain management company. She has led the planning and execution of brand promotion and business collaboration projects for various renowned domestic and international companies, including Samsung, HP, Lenovo, Tencent, Alibaba, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, P&G, CCTV, satellite TV stations, and China Life. She joined Beijing Jiya Semiconductor in 2024, where she is responsible for the marketing, sales, and industrial chain development of gallium and high-purity gallium.

Founded in 1999, Beijing Jiya Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd. employs the world’s most advanced hydrometallurgical technology to extract gallium metal from the mother liquor of the Bayer process used in alumina production, with an annual output of approximately 55 tons of 4N gallium metal. Currently, Jiya Semiconductor’s gallium metal is exported to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, and other countries, while the company also serves a large number of domestic clients across the country.

Xianyang Yuehua Bismuth Co., established in 1992 and located in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, is a company specializing in non-ferrous metal bismuth and its deep processing. The company has developed over 50 types of bismuth products, which, due to their excellent quality, are widely used in the electronics, pharmaceutical, defense, and metallurgy sectors. Mr. Qi holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Sichuan University and currently serves as General Manager and Legal Representative of Jingyuan GeoEnviron New Material Technology, Inc. With 15 years of experience in end-to-end management at large manufacturing enterprises, he has previously served as General Manager of multiple factories at Oriental Yuhong and Deputy General Manager of the Materials Resource Utilization Division at Jingyuan GeoEnviron. He is highly proficient in production operations, lean management, project construction, commissioning, and cost control, having achieved cumulative cost savings exceeding 20 million yuan.

Jingyuan GeoEnviron New Material Technology, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GeoEnviron (603588) and a national-level high-tech enterprise. It specializes in the comprehensive recycling of non-ferrous metal smelting residues. Guangxi Yusheng Germanium Industry High-Tech Co., Ltd.

Graduated from Guilin University of Technology with a degree in Non-Ferrous Metallurgy. An engineer and Autonomous Region Model Worker, he has consistently engaged in non-ferrous smelting technology and management. He participated in and organized the comprehensive tin recovery and production of chemical-grade tin metal powder projects, which passed acceptance inspections and were put into production. In 2005, he was hired as a professional technical expert to participate in and organize the comprehensive recovery of secondary tin resources, as well as the research, development, and production of new electronic-grade solder. In 2008, he was hired by an electrolytic zinc enterprise to serve as Director of Production Technology, Head of the Comprehensive Recovery Plant, and Assistant to the General Manager, where he organized and participated in the electrolytic zinc capacity expansion project and the indium-germanium joint recovery project. In 2017, I was hired by Guangxi Yusheng Germanium Industry High-Tech Co., Ltd. as Deputy General Manager of Project Technology, where I was fully involved in organizing the comprehensive recovery of complex zinc polymetallic ores and the germanium deep processing project.

He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the publicly listed company Vital Optics [300489] and concurrently serves as the first Dean of the Anhui Provincial Industrial Innovation Research Institute.

He has led and participated in numerous major projects funded by the National Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and provincial-level authorities. He has filed a total of 234 patent applications (including 150 invention patent applications), of which 114 have been granted (including 37 invention patents). He has led and participated in the formulation of more than ten national and industry standards. With deep expertise in the fields of infrared technology, semiconductor materials, and detectors, he focuses on core research directions such as “green production across the entire industrial chain of germanium, a key strategic metal” and “large-scale production of ultra-thick, large-size, high-uniformity CVD zinc selenide.” He has led breakthroughs in overcoming core technological bottlenecks in the industry, The achievements have reached a leading domestic level, earning one First Prize in the 2022 Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked second), one nomination for the First Prize in the 2024 Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked first), one First Prize in the “Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Society for Nonferrous Metals,” and two “Excellent Technical Standard Awards” from the National Subcommittee on Semiconductor Materials Standardization.
