Shang Zou, graduating with bachelor degree from Central South University and owning master degree of engineering, a senior engineer on beneficiation, a national registered safety engineer, a grade-two mining engineer, and an assessment expert on professional titling of Hunan province, has long worked in the front lines of gold, antimony beneficiation and smelting. Projects he participated in or sponsored were awarded at provincial, city and industrial association levels. He is now a Party Committee member and Vice General Manager of Chenzhou Mining in charge of company operation.

Hans Vercammen

Hans Vercammen (born in 1971) obtained a PhD in material science and an MBA from Antwerp Management School. He has joined Campine in 2016 as director of the Specialty Chemicals division. Campine is a leading European specialist in fire retardancy, masterbatches, PET catalysts and recycling of antimony and lead. In May 2018, he was elected chairman of the i2a (International Antimony Association).
Hans brings over 20 years of experience in materials, including antimony and germanium. He is worked in several areas of expertise: general and operations management, business & strategy development and sales in a technological environment related to non-ferrous and semiconductors.

He has engaged in the research work on polycarbonate thin-walled and low-smoke flame retardant, polycarbonate alloy surface and interface characteristic control technology, ABS polymer phase structure and properties, and PEEK composite material design. He has applied for a total of 145 domestic patents, including 43 authorized, and 10 foreign PCT patents, including 4 authorized. In addition, he has published more than 10 related papers and was once selected for the 2022 Youth Science and Technology Talent Support Project held by Guangzhou Association for Science & Technology.
