Currently, he serves as the vice general manager of Hsikwangshan Twinkling Star Co., Ltd. With years of dedication to the nonferrous metals industry, he has profound expertise in production technology management and marketing, bringing wisdom and strategy to each company he has served.
Hsikwangshan Twinkling Star Co., Ltd., where Gong Jianjun currently works, is the birthplace of China's antimony industry, long known as the "Antimony Capital of the World". It is now an important backbone enterprise under the China Minmetals Corporation, a Fortune Global 500 company, integrating mining, beneficiation, smelting, and scientific research into a large state-owned antimony-gold consortium. The company holds 25% of the national market share for antimony products and 20% globally. The company's "Twinkling Star" brand is recognized as a "China Famous Trademark", and the company boasts several national-level honors including "China's Renowned Brand Product" and "China Export Quality Safety Demonstration Enterprise". He is also the Party Secretary and General Manager of Anhua Zhazixi Mining Co., Ltd., responsible for its overall operations.
Anhua Zhazixi Mining Co., Ltd., located in Kuixi Town, Anhua County, Hunan Province, is a subsidiary of Chenzhou Mining under Hunan Mineral Resources Group. With over a century of expertise in antimony and tungsten mining and processing, it is an integrated enterprise covering mining, mineral processing, and smelting. Currently, the company boasts internationally leading gold, antimony, and tungsten co-ore beneficiation and separation core technologies. It operates an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly mining, processing, and smelting production line, with an annual ore mining and processing capacity of 360,000 tonnes, an annual refined antimony production capacity exceeding 6,000 tonnes, and a daily wastewater treatment capacity of 2,800 tonnes. The company's main product is 99.85% grade antimony, which is used in flame retardants, catalysts, alloys, ceramics, solar energy, and other industries.

Hans Vercammen (born in 1971) obtained a PhD in material science and an MBA from Antwerp Management School. He has joined Campine in 2016 as director of the Specialty Chemicals division. Campine is a leading European specialist in fire retardancy, masterbatches, PET catalysts and recycling of antimony and lead. In May 2018, he was elected chairman of the i2a (International Antimony Association).
Hans brings over 20 years of experience in materials, including antimony and germanium. He is worked in several areas of expertise: general and operations management, business & strategy development and sales in a technological environment related to non-ferrous and semiconductors.

Ting Zhao, currently the Director of the Information and Intelligence Office of Research Center for Strategy of Global Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, is a professor-level senior engineer and doctoral supervisor. With a career dedicated to the exploration of global mineral resources strategy and mining big data, he has been instrumental in spearheading and contributing to numerous national key initiatives. His portfolio includes leading roles in the national survey of mineral resource utilization status, the national mineral resources survey, and various geological survey projects, alongside over 20 projects commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission. He has published more than ten monographs and over fifty papers in domestic and international academic journals, and has won two provincial and ministerial scientific and technological awards.
