Qunyi Liu, Associate Researcher, current Director of Basic Mineral Strategy Research Office, Research Center for Strategy of Global Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences (CAGS) and China Geological Survey (CGS), mainly engaging in the study and research on resource allocation, industrial development, supply and demand of bulk minerals, including ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and nonmetals in global and domestic markets, giving strategic recommendations and policy proposals to the state. He has led and participated in over 10 research projects, including geological survey project, NDRC strategic consulting project, State Reserve Bureau planning support project, Ministry of Science and Technology special project for international cooperation, Department of Natural Resources soft science program, etc. He also presided over multiple high-level strategic research reports on major national needs in recent years.

Mr. Wayne Park was graduated from Hanyang University (BS engineering) & Sokang University (BAbusiness). He worked as sales manager at OCI from1988 to 1995. He worked as Managing Director Supply Chain & Sales at Solvay from 1996 to 2013. He worked as General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Lynas Rare Earths from 2014 till now.

Melvin joined GE Chaplin in 2015 to help manage and expand its growing rare earth business. He has over twelve years of experience in the rare earth space including nine years in physical trading and three years in market research. Melvin is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where he doubled majored in Economics and Mandarin. He completed a year of post-graduate study at the Harbin Institute of Technology where he focused on Mandarin Language studies and applied natural resource economics.

Ms. Mingfang Zeng joined Chenguang Rare Earths in 2008 and has worked in rare earth metal sales, NdFeB scrap procurement, rare earth international procurement and sales business and other posts, with 16 years of industry experience.

Mr. Deqin Xu graduated from Zhejiang University and joined Fujian Golden Dragon Rare Earth Co. in 2012. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of Magnetic Materials Division of Golden Dragon Rare Earth, being responsible for managing the operation and development of the company's magnetic material business, and once acted as the company's technical quality director, owning rich experience in magnetic material product R&D and quality management. He got his Ph.D from University of Cambridge, England, and worked in academia as a professor for 20 years and in industry as a senior chemist for 28 years. He published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers and got over 50 granted patents. His main interest is on zeolite synthesis, solid state chemistry and characterization, and catalysis.

Ms. Yan Guo owns the Master degree and titles of Senior Engineer and Senior Economist. With more than 20 years’ experiences in SmCo magnet industry, Ms. Yan Guo works as Party Branch Secretary and Deputy General Manager of NingBo NingGang Permanent Magnetic Materials Co. at present.

Dongyu Lu, senior engineer, academic board member of the Doctoral Program for Innovation Leadership Engineering, National Graduate College for Engineers, Tsinghua University, now works as Company Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of MCC Ramu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and is in charge of the company's overall work. He has rich experience in R&D of ternary precursor and scandium-related materials, and also has practical experience in resources and environment as well as in water-involved environmental protection. Yanping Yang has been working in the production and research of fluorine chemical field for a long period of time. Yang Wang currently works as the Deputy General Manager in the Supply Chain Operations Department III of C&D Logistics Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xiamen C&D Inc. In 2021, he began to engage in research and trade of rare earth minerals and metal oxides in Southeast Asia, and conducted multiple field investigations and visits in Myanmar, Laos and other places. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in the site selection, exploration, mining, backwater, precipitation, firing, transportation, pricing, and settlement processes of ionic type earth mines. Especially in 2023, he visited ionic type rare earth mines in Laos multiple times and imported hundreds of tons of goods for sale in China.
