Other international rare earth miners accelerated development in order to start production earlier. Overseas electric vehicle industry faced challenges. As some Chinese rare earth upstream plants reduced or halted production, the Chinese rare earth market saw increasing prices in late Q4 of 2022. Given the upward price trends and adjustment of China’s epidemic prevention and control measures, how will the rare earth prices fluctuate in 2023?
