Mr. Lejiang Hu belongs to the Han ethnic group and is a CPC member. He has doctoral degree of Northeastern University on management science and engineering. He used to be the General Manager of Shanghai Baosteel Hot Stamping Parts Co., Ltd., Business Director of Baosteel International Automobile Parts Operation Center, Vice Director of the Administrative Commission of Gansu Jinchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Business Director of Automobile Parts Operation Center and General Manager of Manufacturing Management Center under Baosteel Metal. Since June 2022 Mr. Hu has bene working as Vice President of Baosteel Metal as well as General manager of Manufacturing Management Center.

Cui Kai jointed Shanxi Yinguang Huasheng Magnesium Co., Ltd. in 1988 when the company was just set up and has worked at the company for 33 years, now serving as the Vice President and Director of the technology center of the company. With rich practical experience in the magnesium industry for over 30 years, he was recognized as a magnesium expert by Magnesium Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.

He presided over the building of the magnesium smeltery with an annual capacity of 50,000t, the wheel production line with an annual output of 300,000 units, the semi-continuous rod casting line, magnesium ingot production line, extrusion line, surface treatment micro-arc oxidation production line, etc. He owns great experience especially in magnesium production and smelting, and is acknowledged as a magnesium smelting expert by insiders. From 1999 to 2002, the first magnesium alloy extrusion line (630tpy) and the first magnesium semi-continuous casting line was completed under the leadership of him, which contributed 1/3 of the total magnesium alloy exports of China and promoted the rapid development of the magnesium alloy industry. In 2009, the launch of the third wheel forging line in China also laid a foundation for the application of magnesium alloy in the wheel market.

Now he is mainly studying the development of new magnesium alloy materials and deep processing follow-up technique, making great contribution to the technical breakthrough of magnesium alloy application and industry expansion. He has published more than 30 related papers, and participated in the publication of more than 20 patents and 10 national and industry standards. He won many awards in the magnesium alloy industry and won the first science and technology prize issued by Chinese Nonferrous Metals Industry in 2019.

Mr. Gao Bing, who was formerly the general manager of Nanjing Welbow Metals Trading Co., Ltd., the general manager of Ruibao Metal (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. as well as the general manager and supervisor of Nanjing Welbow Light Metal Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., is now the general manager of Yian Welbow Technology Co., Ltd.

Dr. Mingzhi Mao is distinguished expert at the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, Doctor of Philosophy in Automotive Engineering at University of Bolton, Master and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Central South University. He specialized in automobile structure safety analysis and lightweight design, and is the only expert to master the key technologies of advanced design and development of large-scale thin-walled magnesium alloys. With years of experience, he developed technical method of "CAE-led design of large magnesium alloy die casting", a state-of-the-art technology worldwide and the first of its kind in China. His team has successfully developed multiple large thin-walled magnesium alloy products, which reduce the product weight more than 50% and have begun mass production, for top auto brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Land Rover and Ford. He is now Technical Director at Wanfeng Auto Holding Group and Director of ATC at Meridian Lightweight Technologies.

Changgao Cao, founder of Nanjing Zhonghong Regeneration Resource Co., Ltd., a company engaged in recycling and re-utilization of magnesium since 2007 and is currently the largest magnesium alloy waste exporter in China. In 2017, Mr. Cao set up Anhui HuanYue Material Technology Co., Ltd., a company that specializes in the production of Mg-Al-Zn galvanic anode and has become a dominant producer of cathodic protection material in China.

Being EMBA of Guanghua School of Management under Peking University and PhD in Finance of Xi’an Jiaotong University, he successively served as the General Manager of Nonferrous Trading Center of Shaanxi Financial Holding Group, the General Manager of Assets Management Company under Shaanxi Financial Holding Group, and now is the General Manager of Shaanxi Yulin Magnesium Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.

Pranay Jain is the General Manager at Metal Alloys (India), a trading and distribution company of Mg products in India. Completing his bachelors in management studies and Masters in Marketing & Strategy, Pranay has been active in the Magnesium Industry since past 8 years, dealing with a variety of different kinds of consumers from different industries. He shares his insights about the Mg market in India, and his views about future developments.

Yangchun Tan is an acknowledged expert from China Magnesium Association (CMA) and has 18 years of experience in magnesium and magnesium alloy businesses. In 2001, he was engaged in magnesium alloy technology development and production management at LK Group, Foxconn, etc. In 2011, he participated in R&D and manufacturing of China's first magnesium alloy wheel. In 2015, he was involved in R&D and manufacturing of Mobike's wheel. In 2019, he took part in the development of China's first magnesium alloy monocoque bike frame with wheel sizes larger than 26 inches. In 2021, he participated in the standard setting for monocoque bike wheel.
In 2014, he set up Foshan Magood Bicycle Parts Co., Ltd., a company with annual production capacity of 2 million wheels and 1 million frames, and he is now the general manager of the company. Over the years, he has put his knowledge to practical work for the application of magnesium alloy wheel. He now engages in R&D for new magnesium alloy materials and technology for deep processing of magnesium alloy, striving to make technical breakthrough and further expand the industry. He also participated in the compiling of magnesium alloy development roadmap by South China University of Technology, as well as the publication of more than 20 invention patents and utility model patents.

Mr. Jin Chai, who entered the magnesium industry in 2002 and joined Shanxi Fuhengdi Metal Material Co., Ltd. in 2009, is dedicated to producing high-quality magnesium powder for steel and chemical industries. With a career life of over 21 years in the magnesium industry, he boasts rich experience in production, processing and application of magnesium powder.

With degree of Master of Innovative strategies development and education in the field of economics and organization of production, has over 10 years of experience in metallurgy industry from both sales and procurement side. Raw material department of Beijing Rusal Trading Co., Ltd. is responsible for purchasing of wide range of goods necessary for aluminum production: alumina, carbon products (anodes, electrodes), coal tar pitch, metals, master alloys, chemicals etc. On behalf of UC Rusal, develop commodity trading focused on China-Russia relationships.
