Ramón Barúa
CEO
Aclara Resources Inc

Ramón is an economics graduate of Universidad de Lima and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
He worked as CFO of Hochschild Mining from June 2010 and served for more than 10 years. He was previously CEO of Fosfatos del Pacífico S.A., General Manager of Hochschild’s Mexican operations and Deputy CEO and CFO of Cementos Pacasmayo. Mr. Barua was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Aclara in December, 2021 when the company was listed in the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Barua served as Chief Financial Officer of Hochschild Mining since June 2010. While working at Hochschild, Mr. Barua also served as Chairman of Aclara and as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Goldspot Discoveries, an Al company listed in the TSX. Prior to that, he served in various positions with other companies associated with the Hochschild Group, namely Chief Executive Officer of Fosfatos del Pacifico S.A, General Manager for Hochschild Mining's Mexican operations and Deputy CEO and CFO of Cementos Pacasmayo. Prior to joining Hochschild Mining, Mr. Barua was a Vice President of Debt Capital Markets with Deutsche Bank and a sales analyst with Banco Santander.

Matt Sloustcher

Matt Sloustcher is the Sr. Vice President of Communications & Policy at MP Materials, the largest rare earth materials producer in the Western Hemisphere. At MP, Matt leads the company’s communications and government relations teams. Matt has worked at the intersection of technology, energy, and the environment for 15 years. Prior to joining MP Materials, he led U.S public relations for American Honda. Earlier in his career, Matt led corporate communications and government affairs at CODA Automotive, a start-up electric vehicle and battery manufacturer. He began his career as a consultant to cleantech companies across the wind, solar, and biofuels industries. Matt received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Pol Le Roux

Pol joined Lynas in October 2010 as Vice President Sales & Marketing. Prior to Joining Lynas he worked for Rhodia (since acquired by Solvay in 2011) as Diphenol Global Strategic Business Unit Director based in China. He managed all operations worldwide (six plants) of Rhodia Diphenol’s businesses, its R&D programs and he was accountable for cash generation, CFROI and business growth sustainability. During this period, strong cash flow was generated in spite of the global financial crisis, and heavy restructuring was undertaken along with implementing a cost-competitive plan for the subsequent three years.
Pol also held various positions in Rhodia (Rhone-Poulenc until 1998) that included:
•Electronics Business Unit Director based in La Rochelle France
•President of Rhodia Polyamide Co Ltd and Engineering Plastic Asia/Pacific GM based in Seoul
•Regional Business Director for Polyamide Intermediates based in Seoul
•Global Strategy Manager for Polyamide Intermediates based in Paris
•Project management and Electrical Instrumentation Engineering roles with Polyamides Intermediates in Chalampe plant France, starting in 1985.
Prior to working with Rhodia, Pol participated in the construction of a factory for Renault in Mexico.
When not working, Pol would prefer to be sailing. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in electrical engineering and robotics from the Grenoble Institute of Technology.

("THMAG"), and has a career life of 15 years in the rare earth permanent magnetic industry. THMAG, founded in 2008 and specializing in R&D, production and sales of high-performance rare earth permanent magnetic materials, is in the first rank of enterprises in Inner Mongolian rare earth permanent magnetic material industry and plays a leading role in this field. THMAG products are mainly used in NEV, auto, wind power, energy-saving home appliances, rail traffic, intelligent manufacturing, aerospace and 3C industries.

Yang Qing

Yang Qing, a member of the Communist Party of China and a professor-level senior engineer, is Chairman of Longnan Longyi Rare Earth Materials Co., director of Jiangxi Heavy Rare Earth Metallurgical Industry Additive Engineering Technology Research Center, and executive vice chairman of Rare Earth Alloy Branch of China Rare Earth Industry Association. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Gannan Normal University, a master tutor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, and an expert in the evaluation of scientific and technological projects in Jiangxi, Shandong, Hebei, Anwei and Hunan. He has been engaged in the research and development of rare earth metallurgy and the application of rare earth in iron and steel materials and non-ferrous alloys for more than 30 years. He has accumulated rich experience, developed various kinds of dozens of new products, and presided over more than ten national-level projects. He also formulated five national standards, got five authorized invention patents, won two provincial science and technology progress awards, and published more than ten academic papers in national journals. Ding Kaihong

Born in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, ethnic of Han, Kaihong Ding graduate of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a master degree, application technology researcher. Since 1990, he has been working in the rare earth industry related to magnetic material research, production and operation. He worked in Baotou Research Institute of Rare Earths (BRIRE) from 1990 to 2000. During the period: He was engaged in research on SmFeN permanent magnetic materials from 1990 to 1993. He was in the University of Western Australia where he conducted research on La (Ce)-TM-X new-type compounds from 1993 to 1994. He back in BRIRE, doing research on No. 50 high-performance NdFeB permanent magnetic material used in the α magnetic spectrometer project headed by Mr. Ding Zhaozhong, the 1976 Nobel Prize winner in physics from 1995 to1997. He worked in Yantai Shougang Magnetic Materials Inc. (now changed into Yantai Dongxing Magnetic Materials Inc.) from 2000 till now, acting successively as R&D director, Magnet Manufacturing director, Vice General Manager & Chief Engineer, General Manager & Chief Engineer. During this period, he was granted a number of technical invention patents and won two Shandong Provincial S&T Progress Third Prizes. During this period, he led the 300tpy high-performance bonded NdFeB magnetic material project, the sole national high-tech industrialization demonstration project for the magnetic material industry in China, and he was responsible for R&D on high-performance rare earth permanent magnetic materials from 2000 to 2002. He led the 1,500tpy NEV-purpose bonded NdFeB permanent magnetic material industrialization project, part of the national program on advancing development of emerging strategic industries from 2012 till 2015. He worked as General Manager of the company, taking full charge of its operation and management from 2014 till now.
