Donna Vareha-Walsh is director of indium Corporation’s metals business unit. She is responsible for sourcing and sales of critical raw materials such as indium, gallium, germanium, tin and silver for Indium Corporation’s manufacturing operations, as well as the trading and reclaim business. Donna is based at Indium Corporation’s headquarters in Clinton,NY.
Donna has more than 15 years of metals market experience from numerous roles and responsibilities, including Director of Global Procurement for a global premium alloy company and Director of Metallurgical Operations and Procurement for a global tungsten based business. Additional experience includes finance responsibilities ai a Business Unit Controller, sales expertise as Director of Sales and a News Business Development Manager, and participation in the metals recycling and scrap/reclaim Markets.
Donna earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds certificates in leadership development and manufacturing excellence. She has a Lean Green Belt.

Currently, he is the manager for strategic sourcing and business development of Neo Rare Metals Business Segment under NEO Performance Materials, Inc. and mainly deals with businesses and cooperation related to gallium, indium, tantalum, niobium and rhenium via China. Headquartered in Toronto, the company has offices in Greenwood Village, Colorado, US, and Beijing, China. The company which has three business segments (Neo Chemicals and Oxides, Neo Magnequench, and Neo Rare Metals) is engaged in the production, processing and development of rare earth and zirconium-based engineered materials, magnetic powders, and rare metals including gallium, indium, rhenium, tantalum and niobium.

Huo Chengsong

Huo Chengsong, who is the Member of the Board and General Manager of GRINM Electro-optic Materials Co., Ltd. now, graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1998 and obtained the master degree. As a professor-level senior engineer, Mr. Huo has been taking part in the R&D of advanced infrared materials for a long term, being a major researcher in the fields of CVD ZnS and CVD ZnSe materials. He has four patented property rights and published one professional article.
