Mr. Donghua Liu graduated from the international trade major of University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) with the degree of BA in economics in 1991. He joined Hunan International Economic Development Group Co., Ltd. in the same year and worked in Hunan Assn International Trade Co., Ltd. and GK International Enterprises Co., Ltd. in succession, serving as the president and general manager of Jiary Industries Co., Ltd. at present. He has been concentrating on the research and production as well as the trading of non-ferrous metals, especially the raw materials and deep-processing products of antimony metal (antimony ores, antimony trioxide, sodium antimonite, ethylene glycol antimony and etc.) with experience for more than 20 years.

Born in Lengshuijiang city, Hunan province, and a senior technologist, Mr. Duan has held a number of positions since 1972 when he began his career life, including Director of Feishui Antimony Products Factory, General Manager of Sales Company of Lengshuijiang Urban Enterprises, Director of Lengshuijiang Bada Antimony Smelting Plant, and currently Chairman of Sanjiu Antimony Industry as well as President of Lengshuijiang Antimony Industry Association.

Mr. Booyzen graduated from the Durban Institute of Technology in 1986 with majors in Information Technology and Financial Accounting. Mr. Booyzen has a wide variety of experience in many industries and multi-nationals ranging from Telecommunications, Textiles, Mining and resources, Manufacturing, Publishing, Information Technology and Construction. Mr. Booyzen has over 10 years’ experience in systems and consulting, and 23 years’ experience in senior management. Mr. Booyzen has been directly involved in the mining and resources industry for the past 18 years. He is currently a Vice President with Mandalay Resources, after serving 7 years as the General Manager of the company's Costerfield gold/antimony mine. Mr Booyzen was also the Chairman of the Victorian Council of the Minerals Council of Australia until 2017, a position he held for 4 years. He is still a Director of Mandalay's Australian Operations and several non-profit organisations.

Dr. Liu, a 40-year-old associate researcher, is the director of basic mineral strategy research department of Global Mineral Resources Strategic Research Center under Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences/China Geological Survey, has been engaged in strategic research of mineral resources for years, and dominates many strategic consulting projects of the State Council, Chinese Academy of Engineering, Ministry of Land and Resources and China Geological Survey, receiving high praise from the government.

Nikoloz Enukidze was born in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1970. He graduated from Tbilisi State University in 1993 and received an MBA degree from University of Maryland in 1996. After receiving his MBA Nikoloz worked at ABN AMRO corporate finance in Moscow and London. In 2005, Nikoloz joined Concorde Capital, a Ukrainian investment banking firm, as Managing Director Corporate Finance. In 2006-2010, Nikoloz served as executive Vice-Chairman and then Chairman of the board of Bank of Georgia, a leading Georgian bank.In 2014, Nikoloz became shareholder and Chairman of Caucasus Minerals, a Georgian company that works on the exploration and development Zopkhito, of Georgia’s largest antimony-gold deposit. Nikoloz also serves as senior independent director of TBC Bank, Georgia’s largest bank listed on the LSE, Nikoil Bnk in Azerbaijan and Georgian Stock Exchange.

Yuichi Hattori is general manager of Sales department, Suzuhiro Chemical Co., Ltd., Japan. He is over 20 years of experience in flame retardant industry. He worked Albemarle Japan Corporation during 1987 -2010 and was in charge of technical and sales of brominated flame retardants. He joined Suzuhiro Chemical from 2015. He is in charge of overseas sales of antimony products and acts as a director of Flame Retardant Chemicals of Japan.

Mikhail Tsyferov

Mr. Tsyferov was graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 2007 with degree in Economics.
Prior to joining Winter Capital in 2015, Mikhail was an Executive Director at Interros Group, one of the largest Russian investment holdings, where he worked from 2008. Before that, he was an Equity Capital Markets department analyst at Renaissance Capital, Russian leading investment bank.
At Winter Capital Mr. Tsyferov is focused on new private equity investments in Russia and supervision of existing portfolio assets, including Solonechesky antimony deposit.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Tsyferov served as the member of the Board of Directors at a number of companies including Petrovax, leading Russian pharmaceutical company, Profmedia, leading Russian media holding, and others.

Zhang Manyuan

Hunan Zhirong Antimony Group Co., Ltd.

Zhang Manyuan, who once worked in Xikuangshan in 1989, joined in the private antimony product company in Xikuangshan area in 1991 and then served as the vice-manager of Zhirong Antimony Product Smelting Plant in Lengshuijiang in 2000. He worked as the general manager of Hunan Zhirong Antimony Co., Ltd. from 2012 to December 2015 and has been the chairman of board and general manager of Hunan Zhirong Antimony Group Co., Ltd. and vice director of Antimony Product Industry Association of Lengshuijiang since January 2016. He was once a member of Lengshuijiang Municipal Political Consultative Conference. Being mindful of the overall interests and enjoying good reputation, he has leading consciousness, does well in managing and maintains the integrity of the heart with the spirit of diligence to actively promote the green development of private antimony in Xikuangshan and create considerate benefits for local economy.
