Studied abroad and obtained the doctorate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Peter the Great Polytechnic Institute after getting the bachelor degree in Technical Russian from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 1996. He chaired and completed a number of national key research project of major equipment materials, won three national invention patents with three inventions passing the science and technology achievement appraisal. His inventions have been applied to a number of key equipment and he was honored as Advanced Individual of the PLA General Armament Department in 2012.

He is a distinguished expert for China’s Thousand Talents program and Float Glass Key Laboratory. Moreover, he is a distinguished guest professor for China’s Green Building Material Key Laboratory and a part-time professor in the Material Science Department of the University of Science & Technology Beijing, as well as a member of SEMI China. He has gained considerable and invaluable experience in the R&D and industrialization of production equipments of solar battery and semiconductor. He dedicates to the research of thin film growth theory and various technologies in thin film production, technologies and industrialization of PV and semiconductor.

Founded in 1999, Beijing Jiya Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd. is one of the first companies in the world to adopt the advanced hydrometallurgical technology to extract gallium in a large scale from Bayer spent liquid that is used to produce alumina. Zhang Changming with the master’s degree of marketing has accumulated much experience in business management and marketing fields for many years. He has been engaged in the production and sales of zinc sulfate, indium ingot and non-ferrous metals industry since 1994, now he is the president of Jiangxi Xinhuaneng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. Currently, the company can produce 20,000t of zinc sulfate, 10,000t lead bullion and 150t of indium ingot annually. Meanwhile, the company has extended the business area as well, such as ITO materials.

Zhongshan Deng, Doctor, researcher as well as one of finalists for Beijing Science and Technology New Star Plan, had ever won the first price of technological invention competition held by Chinese Association of Refrigeration, the science and technology award of electronic information of Chinese Institute of Electronics and the special award of the commercialization of research findings of Beijing Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Obtaining the Master Degree from the major of applied chemistry in 1998 in HeFei University of Technology, Yuan Qin is involved in purification, packaging and testing technology research and industrialization of raw material for optical-used fiber perform.

She is responsible for sourcing and sales of critical raw materials such as indium, gallium, germanium, tin and silver for Indium Corporation’s manufacturing operations, as well as the trading and reclaim business. Donna is based at Indium Corporation’s headquarters in Clinton,NY.

Donna has more than 15 years of metals market experience from numerous roles and responsibilities, including Director of Global Procurement for a global premium alloy company and Director of Metallurgical Operations and Procurement for a global tungsten based business. Additional experience includes finance responsibilities ai a Business Unit Controller, sales expertise as Director of Sales and a News Business Development Manager, and participation in the metals recycling and scrap/reclaim Markets.

Donna earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds certificates in leadership development and manufacturing excellence. She has a Lean Green Belt.
