Mr. Ou worked as a general manager of Foshan Shiwan Second Commercial Company as well as Shiwan Supply and Marketing Company (State-owned company) from 1994 to 1999. He created Foshan Weijun Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. in 2000 and built a production base in Lianzhou which went into production in 2015. Mainly dealing with the production research and trade of minor metals and alloy materials, Mr. Ou has been engaged in nonferrous metal industry for more than 20 years and selenium industry for 15 years.

Joined the company when it was founded in 2000. Has begun to participate in the development and management of the company's selenium projects as of 2002. Was also responsible for operating the subsidiaries which were producing selenium dioxide during 2006 to 2009. As an experiencer of selenium 10-year market development from 2003 to now, he masters long-term works regarding selenium customers, related production technology, raw material composition, product types, etc.

Gaurav is the founder and Manging Director. Zenith Metalik Alloys Limited, India. With a network of 10 locations across India, Zenith has rapidly evolved as the leading import house for minor metals and ferro alloys. Primary metals dealt in are:As,Bi,Cd,Co,Sb,Sb2O3,Se,Te with supplies to industries like glass, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, electrical, automotive, iron and steel. Prior to establishing Zenith, Gaurav completed a Masters of Finance from Australia and worked as a quantitative analyst with hedge fund-Vertex Capital, Sydney. He also sits on the board of group company, Mayurbhanj Metals Limited (Manufacture- Automotive Castings).
