He Jie
Fujian Changting Golden Dragon Rare-Earth Co., Ltd.

He Jie was born in 1982 and got his master’s degree in business administration at Xiamen University. He has nearly ten years experience in rare earth marketing and selling and currently serves as sales director of rare earth division in Fujian Changting Golden Dragon Rare-Earth Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd.

Manlai

Manlai was born in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia. He went to Japan for further study after graduating from the Department of Economic Management of Hohhot Minzu College in 2000, and got the Japanese Government Scholarship during the period from 2004 to 2008.
In 2004, he attended the seminar on international relations organized by the United Nations University (UNUU). He studied in the Texas State University in America as an exchange student in 2007, and completed the PhD course on international relations offered by the Kobe City University of Foreign Studies in 2008. During the same year, he started to work in Santoku in Japan and joined the Baotou Santoku Battery Materials Co., Ltd. as an assistant to the general manager. He also worked as vice general manager for Baotou Santoku Battery Materials Co., Ltd. as well as Minmetals Santoku (Ganzhou) Rare Earth Material Co., Ltd., and has served as general manager for Baotou Santoku Battery Materials since 2012.
Positions in social organizations: vice president of Inner Mongolia Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment; executive director of Non-party Intellectuals Fraternity; member of Baotou Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Li Xinnong

Li Xinnong, one of the company’s founders, obtained his bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in July 1991 and got his master’s degree in materials science from the same university in March 1995. Mr. Li got the second prize of Zhuhai Science & Technology Outstanding Contribution Award in 1996 and established many enterprises. Therefore, he has rich experience in the establishment of companies, sales and operation. Mr. Li, who founded Ganzou Hengjiu Electrical Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Jiufa New Energy Automobile Co. Ltd. in 2014, is also one of Jlmag Rare-earth Co., Ltd.’s founders, and has joined the company as chairman since August 2008. He was appointed chairman for Ganzou Hengjiu Electrical Co., Ltd. in May 2014 and has served as chairman for Jiangxi Jiufa New Energy Automobile since July 2014.

Zhao Lili

Zhao Lili was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu province and got an MBA degree. Currently, she works as vice-general manager for China Metallurgical Imp.& Exp. Jiangsu Company. She has been working in the company and engaged in the rare earth business since 1990. With rich experience in rare earth trading, the company she works for has taken a leading position in the industry for a long time.

Zhou Bin

Zhou Bin, who is one of Changzhou Geoquin Nano New Material Co., Ltd.’s founders, now is vice general manager of the company as well as chief engineer of the company’s production and technical departments. Under the leadership of Mr. Zhou, who is the main designer and developer of all production lines and products, the company has realized industrialized production of many nano products. Mr. Zhou is second to none in terms of nano rare earths theories and practical ability. The R&D and production teams led by him are the cornerstone of the company’s development.

Chen Ya

Chen Ya, born in December 1971, is a female ethnic Han. She graduated from the Department of Chinese at Shanxi University in 1994 and holds a master’s degree in business administration at the Beijing University in 2004. She also studied business English in London, Britain from 2007 to 2008.
Ms Chen entered Tianhe Magnets Group in 1994. She successively held the posts of the sales manager and deputy general manager in the Taiyuan Branch, the general manager in the Ningbo Branch, the executive deputy general manager in the Tianjin Branch and the deputy general manager in the Baotou Branch. As a main leader and major shareholder in Tianhe Magnets Group, Ms Chen always attach great importance to brand building and market promotion, which help the company become a major player not only in the domestic market but also the overseas markets. As the company continues to develop, it becomes the leader in the NdFeB magnets industry.

Robert W Mosig
Managing Director

Robert Mosig is a Geologist with over 30 years experience in platinum group metals, gold and diamond exploration.
Mr Mosig’s experience includes:- exploration using geology, geochemistry, geophysics and drilling; ore resource drilling and calculation; metallurgical and engineering evaluation; environmental and economic evaluations; mining and processing.
Mr Mosig is a founding Director of Platina Resources Limited since listing, and holds no other Directorships.

Niels Hachmann

Niels Hachmann joined thyssenkrupp Metallurgical Products GmbH in 2013 where he works in the areas of raw materials trading and project management. Embedded in the global thyssenkrupp corporate group, thyssenkrupp Metallurgical Products is able to pool resources and technical expertise to provide solutions for several applications in different industries. Based in Essen (Germany), the company is exceptionally well connected in the raw material markets, trades various products and to some extent has exclusive marketing rights. Niels Hachmann plays a key role in the rare earth activities at thyssenkrupp Metallurgical Products.
