She graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing with a doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering in January 2008.

She joined Yeke Technology Co., Ltd. in April 2008, subsequently heading the Science Development Department and serving as the chief of staff. She was also responsible for survey and setting up ITO projects.

The company has annual sales of MO source of over 20t with gallium consumption of some 20tpy and indium consumption of more than 1tpy.

He is a distinguished expert for China’s Thousand Talents program and Float Glass Key Laboratory. Moreover, he is a distinguished guest professor for China’s Green Building Material Key Laboratory and a part-time professor in the Material Science Department of the University of Science & Technology Beijing, as well as a member of SEMI China. He has gained considerable and invaluable experience in the R&D and industrialization of production equipments of solar battery and semiconductor. He dedicates to the research of thin film growth theory and various technologies in thin film production, technologies and industrialization of PV and semiconductor.

Christian graduated from the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg and has a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry. He joined Photonic Sense in 2004 and has mainly been focused on material analytics and the Czochralsky crystal growing process.

An intermediate engineer of national level, graduated from the major of optics in China University of Mining and Technology with the master’s degree.

He has worked in Vital Materials Co., Limited since 2010 as the manager of Research and Development Department, responsible for the research, development and production for high purity gallium metal, oxides, alloy and target materials.

He owns nearly 20 papers or patents which he wrote as the first author or took part in the authorization.

From 2003 to 2007, XX studied in Sun Yat-sen University and obtained bachelor degree in material physics;

From 2007 to 2010, he received further education in Beijing University of Chemical Technology and obtained master’s degree in practical chemistry;

From 2010 to 2012, he worked in Beijing Easpring Material Technology Co., Ltd. as the manager in overseas business who was responsible for the development and sales of anode material for lithium ion cell in overseas market;

From 2012 to now, he is the vice-general manager of market department in Beijing Jiya Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd. and is responsible for the sales of the company and the development of new products.

Founded in 1999, Beijing Jiya Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd. is one of the first companies in the world to adopt the advanced hydrometallurgical technology to extract gallium in a large scale from Bayer spent liquid that is used to produce alumina. Focusing on the development of gallium metal industry, the company formed an ecological industrial chain for resin, primary gallium (90tpy) and high purity gallium (30tpy) through investing in Shaanxi Huadian Resin Co., Ltd. (NEEQ: 832669) in 2009, jointly investing in Shanxi Zhaofeng Gallium Co. Zhongshan Deng, Doctor, researcher as well as one of finalists for Beijing Science and Technology New Star Plan, had ever won the first price of technological invention competition held by Chinese Association of Refrigeration, the science and technology award of electronic information of Chinese Institute of Electronics and the special award of the commercialization of research findings of Beijing Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Zhang Changming with the master’s degree of marketing has accumulated much experience in business management and marketing fields for many years. He has been engaged in the production and sales of zinc sulfate, indium ingot and non-ferrous metals industry since 1994, now he is the president of Jiangxi Xinhuaneng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. Currently, the company can produce 20,000t of zinc sulfate, 10,000t lead bullion and 150t of indium ingot annually. Meanwhile, the company has extended the business area as well, such as ITO materials.
