Alain Dery is a metallurgical engineer who has more than 25 years of experience in the aluminum industry. Prior to joining Standard Resources Corporation Mr. Dery worked for Alcan aluminum and Rio Tinto for more than 20 years where he held positions in production, technical sales and procurement.

At Standard Resources, Mr. Dery is primarily responsible to develop business with the aluminum industry in North and South America, and in Europe.

Standard Resources Corporation is a marketing organization specializing in nonferrous metals for the aluminum industry, steel industry and for the electronic industry. The company is based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA with offices in China and associates in South America.

Mingxiong Zhou has been engaged in steel industry and non-ferrous metal industry for more than 20 years and entered in to famous multinational corporations after 13-year technologic management. He held the position of plant manager and procurement manager in China in Siemens VAI and ArcelorMittal.

Mr. Zhou is purchasing manager of Constellium Asia-Pacific Strategy, takes charge of all businesses in Asia-Pacific region. Internally, Mr. Zhou, as the important communicator between end users and suppliers, keeps close communication and cooperation with internal users, and jointly sets out and carries out strategic procurement plans; externally, he develops strategic partnership with suppliers through supplier selection, review, cultivation and supply chain management. Constellium pays more attention on minor metal and alloy procurement in China including magnesium ingot, bismuth ingot and aluminum alloy additives, except fixed asset projects and spare parts procurement.

Daniel Chu, General Manager Assistant and Trade Manager of Yulin Tianlong Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd., is charged with marketing of products including magnesium metal, magnesium alloy, ferrosilicon, etc., market development both at home and abroad and customer relation management, meanwhile be responsible for reception, administration, and external connection in the Representative Office of the company in Xi’an. Accumulating experience in the practices on both domestic and foreign market for many years, he has known well about market trend and laws about magnesium metal industry and relative products sectors.

Gaofeng Quan, born in Fufeng, Shaanxi, is a D.E., a professor and doctorial supervisor in Southwest Jiaotong University , the director of the Transportation Equipment Lightweight Institute, expert in magnesium sector in China Ferrous Metal Industry Association, senior membership of Germany Material Institute etc. He has worked in Southwest Jiaotong University , Germany Brandenburg industrial university, Germany GKSS Research Center and NCTU, taking charge of vice professor, researcher, research professor and professor.

Gaofeng Quan is engaged in researches of transport equipment lightweight theory and its application, focusing on the machine shaping theory and application technique of magnesium alloy, alluminium alloy and other metal metrix composites. He participates in over 20 national and provincial science and technology projects, over 20 enterprises cooperated projects, issued over 110 essays and 2 monographs. He obtained several science and technique awards, 11 patents authorized by the country and 9 patents of utility model.

Nes Abdulrahman began his career in the magnesium industry 16 years ago working as a Process Engineer for Timminco Limited. Throughout the years he has held different Business Development and Technical Sales positions with Timminco. In his current capacity as Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing with Mag Specialties he overlooks the global sales efforts of the company. Nes graduated with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.

Jianyong Cao was born in 1964 and graduated from Peking University with MPA. As a senior engineer, he has abundant financial instrument experience. He ever served as assistant president in Chongqing Longxin Group, and he established Chongqing Magnesium Science & Technology in 2000 as general manager. He held the post of vice president in China Magnesium Association, committee member of China Light Metal Process Committee and vice chairman of Chongqing Nonferrous Society. He was awarded the second prize of national science and technological progress, the first prize of national Ministry of Education technological innovation, Labor Day Medal of Chongqing in 2012 and the title of Chongqing excellent enterprise in 2013. He has more than twenty invention patents and was granted as honorary citizen by Detroit, US. He is serving as the president of Chongqing Boao Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. and general manager of Chongqing Sun Magnesium Co., Ltd.

Zongkun Wang has been occupied in production of magnesium alloy, magnesium alloy bar and extraction since he joined in Shanxi Yinguang Magnesium Co., Ltd. in 2005. He is in charge of the comprehensive sales at present.

Yinguang Huasheng Magnesium is a large-scale producer of magnesium products in China with products of various specifications sold to US, Canada, Germany, Japan and South Korea; and it has formed annual capacities of 80,000t for magnesium ingot, 300,000t for magnesium alloy, 2,000t for magnesium extruded section, 3,000t for magnesium die-castings, 3,000t for magnesium alloy rolled plate, 2,000t for magnesium bar and 3,000t for magnesium powder.
