Zhongchi Wheels' Mg-Al auto parts project lands in Xuyi

A signing ceremony was recently held for Zhongchi Wheels' intelligent manufacturing project, which will produce 1.2 million units of core magnesium-aluminum alloy auto parts annually, landing in Xuyi County, Jiangsu Province.

The project will leverage the existing 206-mu (13.73 hectares) land plot of Jianchi Auto for quality upgrading and expansion, featuring a new construction area of 100,000 square meters. It plans to add three production lines equipped with a complete set of intelligent machinery, including high-strength forging machines, heavy-duty spinning machines, intelligent heat treatment furnaces, and high-precision CNC machining equipment, to build a fully intelligent production line.

Upon reaching full capacity, the project will achieve an annual output of 1.2 million units of new-generation high-strength, lightweight forged magnesium-aluminum alloy wheels and precision deep-processed products. It is projected to generate annual invoiced sales of RMB1.2 billion (USD180.24 million).
