Changjiang Chemical's new materials project lands in Jingmen

The Changjiang Chemical's new materials industrial project with total investment of RMB3 billion (USD449.70 million) was recently signed and landed in Dongbao District, Jingmen City. Once completed and ramped up, it is expected to generate annual output value of RMB6 billion (USD899.40 million).

The project is located in the Dongbao Chemical Recycling Industrial Park and plans to build three sub-projects: a 50,000tpy graphene high-performance coatings facility, a 100,000tpy specialty polymer resin materials facility, and a 20,000tpy lithium iron phosphate recycling materials facility.

The project is implemented by Hubei Meitu New Materials Co., Ltd. Following the signing, Hubei Changjiang Industrial Modern Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Changjiang Industrial Investment Group, has become the controlling shareholder of Hubei Meitu New Materials Co., Ltd.
