Tianma New Materials signs exclusive distribution agreement for alumina products

Tianma New Materials announced on October 15 that it has signed a three-year distribution agreement with Imerys (Zhengzhou) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

Under the agreement, Imerys will act as the company's distributor, undertaking market investment and development across the agreed global territories (excluding China) and selling the company's alumina series products--including calcined alumina, spherical alumina and near-spherical alumina--on the terms set out in the agreement.

Tianma New Materials has committed to maintaining sufficient operating capacity to supply the distributor with at least 3,500 metric tonnes of calcined alumina and 1,000 metric tonnes of spherical/near-spherical alumina per year.
