Pakistan extends AD duties on Chinese cold-rolled steel coils and sheets

Pakistan's National Tariff Commission (NTC) has issued an affirmative final determination in the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review of cold-rolled steel coils and sheets imported from China.

Authorities extended the AD duties for five years starting January 13, 2026. Handan Iron & Steel Group Han-Bao Co. Ltd. faces a 13.17% duty, Beijing Shougang Cold Rolling Company Ltd. receives 16.27%, while Shougang Casey Steel Company Ltd., Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., Maanshan Iron & Steel Company Ltd., and other Chinese exporters are assigned a 19.04% rate.

The products involved are cold-rolled (cold-reduced), uncoated flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, 0.15-3.00 mm thick, in prime and secondary quality, in coils or slit-to-length sheets, excluding those used for automotive outer skins of four-wheeler vehicles in the specified auto grades. They fall under HS codes 7209.1510, 7209.1590, 7209.1610, 7209.1690, 7209.1710, 7209.1790, 7209.1810, 7209.1899, 7209.2510, 7209.2590, 7209.2610, 7209.2690, 7209.2710, 7209.2790, 7209.2810, and 7209.2890.
