US announces preliminary AD results on corrosion-resistant steel from Taiwan

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has released the preliminary results of its anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan, covering the review period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

According to the preliminary findings, the USDOC determined weighted-average dumping margins of 3.54% for Prosperity Tieh Enterprise Co., Ltd., 20.73% for Sheng Yu Steel Co., Ltd., and 5.92% for Great Grandeul Steel Company Limited (Samoa). The department also terminated its review of six other companies.

The findings are preliminary and remain subject to further review before the final determination. The final results will set the applicable AD duty assessment rates for the reviewed entries, subject to the relevant regulatory procedures.
