Erdene releases PEA results for Zuun Mod Molybdenum?Copper Project
Erdene Resource Development Corp. unveiled findings from an independent Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) on October 14 for its 100%-owned Zuun Mod molybdenum-copper project in southwestern Mongolia.
The study estimates a 34-year mine life, with recoverable metal volumes of 672 million pounds (305 kt) of molybdenum and 947 million pounds (430 kt) of copper.
Its strategic location, roughly 280 km from a railhead on the Mongolia?China border, has attracted strong interest from Asian buyers for long-term offtake agreements.
The 6,041-hectare licence hosting Zuun Mod also covers the Khuvyn Khar copper prospect, with multiple exploration targets identified to expand mineral resources.
