South Korea extends provisional AD duties on Chinese cold-rolled zinc products by 3 months

South Korea has extended the application period of its provisional anti-dumping (AD) duties on imported Chinese cold-rolled zinc and zinc alloy steel products by three months, citing ongoing investigations, pushing the expiration date to January 11, 2027.

The established duty rates remain unchanged: 22.34% for Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, 26.28% for Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, 33.67% for Winstone Development Ltd., and 25.75% for all other suppliers.

The provisional measures cover surface-treated cold-rolled zinc and zinc alloy products in coils, sheets, plates, and corrugated variations under 4.75 millimeters in thickness, under HS codes 7210.41.0000, 7210.49.9010, 7210.49.9090, 7210.61.0000, 7210.70.2000, 7212.30.9010, 7212.30.9090, 7212.40.2000, 7225.92.9091, 7225.92.9099, and 7226.99.3000.
