Guocheng Lithium inks lithium concentrate purchase and sales contract with Jinxin Mining

Guocheng Mining announced that its controlling subsidiary, Guocheng Lithium, signed a Lithium Concentrate Purchase and Sales Contract with Jinxin Mining on September 15, implementing the long-term supply and marketing cooperation framework agreement previously signed by the two parties.

The contract covers lithium concentrate, with planned deliveries of 60,000 dry tonnes (±20%) between September and December 2026, and an estimated total contract value of approximately RMB900 million (USD134.41 million). The transaction constitutes a related-party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring or restructuring listing.
