JISCO starts batch delivery of 5083 high-corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy

Jiuquan Iron and Steel (JISCO) recently achieved batch delivery of its 5083 high-corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, with product qualification rates and performance consistency continuing to lead the industry.

The 5083 alloy combines high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of high-end industrial applications.

JISCO has now achieved routine mass production of core specifications with diameters of 178 mm, 228 mm, 254 mm and 381 mm. The product ingots feature a uniform grain structure and excellent mechanical properties, meeting the stringent material standards required for marine engineering equipment, ultra-high-pressure flanges and other high-end fields.
