Thailand extends AD duties on Chinese hot-dip galvanized cold-rolled steel flat steel by one year
Thailand has extended anti-dumping (AD) duties on hot-dip galvanized cold-rolled steel flat steel in coils and non-coils from China, resolving to proceed with the review and requiring security deposits for duty payments at the original rates, effective from September 7, 2026, for a period not exceeding one year or until the review decision takes effect.
Company-specific duty rates remain unchanged at 3.05%, 3.69%, 4.75%, 8.20%, and 37.54% of the CIF value.
The Department of Foreign Trade grants a 0% duty exemption for materials used in automotive and automotive parts manufacturing, electrical and electronic production, color-coated steel fabrication, or sales to color-coated steel producers servicing the electronics industry.
