Mexico to impose AD duties on hollow profiles from China and the US

According to reports, Mexico's Ministry of Economy (Secretaria de Economia) has decided to impose anti-dumping duties on imported finished and semi-finished hollow profiles originating from China and the US.

The anti-dumping duties were set at US$1.93/kg for China and US$1.72/kg for the US. The products involved fall under TIGIE tariff code 7604.21.01.

Mexico issued an affirmative preliminary determination on anti-dumping duties for products from China and the US on December 31, 2025, imposing provisional anti-dumping duties of US$1.88/kg and US$1.62/kg on China and the US, respectively, with a validity period of four months.
