Alnera Aluminum completes acquisition of Honglian Electronics

Alnera Aluminum Co., Ltd. announced on August 31 that it has completed the transfer of 100% equity of Dongguan Honglian Electronics Co., Ltd. from 19 selling shareholders, including Chen Wang. The transaction was registered with the Dongguan Market Supervision Administration on August 28, and as of August 31, Honglian Electronics has officially become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alnera Aluminum.

Alnera Aluminum is a major supplier of aluminum alloy components for new energy vehicle battery systems, offering an integrated value chain that spans material R&D, product design, advanced processing technologies, and mass production.
