Lixin Aluminum breaks ground on precision parts project

August 31, Lixin Aluminum held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new precision components manufacturing project, designed to produce ten million precision aluminum alloy parts annually.

The project is located in Nantou Village, Ceshan Street, Luozhuang District, occupying a total area of 135 mu (approximately 9 hectares) and representing a total investment of RMB 520 million (USD77.37 million).

The project includes eight standardized production workshops. Using molten aluminum and aluminum ingot as key raw materials, it will employ mature, environmentally friendly processes covering the entire production chain – from raw material preparation, die-casting, shot blasting and polishing, precision machining, passivation cleaning, and constant-temperature drying, to final quality inspection and packaging – ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage.

The precision aluminum alloy components produced will be widely applied in high-end automobiles, modern agricultural and forestry plant protection machinery, and other industrial sectors.
