Jiangsu Dingsheng to raise funds for battery aluminum foil projects

Jiangsu Dingsheng New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. announced its intention to issue A-shares to specific investors, targeting total gross proceeds of no more than RMB1,216,463,300 (USD180,952,565). After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds will be allocated to a production and construction project for 50,000tpy battery aluminum foil, a technical renovation project for 25,000tpy of functional carbon coated battery aluminum foil, a technical renovation project for 30,000tpy battery aluminum foil and general working capital supplementation.
