Zhongke Electric plans private placement for 300ktpy anode material project

On August 25, Zhongke Electric announced a private placement of up to RMB2.4 billion (USD357.10 million). The funds will be used to build a 300,000tpy lithium battery anode material project at its subsidiary, Sichuan Zhongke Xingcheng Graphite Co., Ltd., and to supplement working capital.
