Trekor advances Aley Niobium Project toward commercial production

Trekor Metals is reporting significant progress at its Aley niobium project, located in northeastern British Columbia. The company has achieved notable improvements in ore processing, including higher recovery rates, enhanced concentrate grades, and reduced reagent consumption---all through the application of a proprietary flotation process. These developments have also enabled the successful production of market-grade ferroniobium.

The Aley project, a wholly-owned asset of Trekor Metals, is advancing toward its commercial phase. Alongside technical gains, the company is actively engaging with potential off-take partners to secure a stable market for its future niobium output.

A technical report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 standards confirms that Aley holds proven and probable mineral reserves totaling 84 million tonnes, grading 0.50% Nb?O?. With a planned milling capacity of 10,000 tonnes per day, the project is expected to produce approximately 14,000 tonnes of ferroniobium annually---equivalent to roughly nine million kilograms of niobium metal per year.
