On August 21, Baosteel released its semi-annual report for 2026. The company reported an operating revenue of RMB160.731 billion (USD23.91 billion) in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 6.18%.
During the same period, the company produced 23.765 million tons of pig iron, 25.537 million tons of crude steel, and sold 25.682 million tons of finished steel products.
