Jintian Copper plans spin-off and listing of Ketian Magnet

On August 18, Jintian Copper announced that it is planning to spin off its majority-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Ketian Magnet Co., Ltd., for a listing on a domestic stock exchange in China.

Established in 2001, Ketian Magnet has long focused on the magnetic materials sector, producing products widely used in new energy vehicles, wind power generation, high-efficiency energy-saving motors, robotics, consumer electronics, and medical devices. The proposed spin-off is expected to further strengthen Jintian's strategic position in the rare earth permanent magnet materials business. According to the company, the spin-off, if implemented, will not result in Jintian losing control over Ketian Magnet.
