Guocheng Lithium secures carbonate lithium deal with Jike Supply Chain

On August 7, Guocheng Mining announced that its holding subsidiary, Sichuan Guocheng Lithium, signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Jike Supply Chain Management (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. for the supply of battery-grade lithium carbonate.

Under the agreement, Guocheng Lithium will supply battery-grade lithium carbonate to Jike Supply Chain over a 10-year period from August 2026 to July 2036. The annual supply volume will be determined based on the production capacity of spodumene concentrate suppliers and Jike Supply Chain's actual purchase orders, with pricing linked to the monthly average market price.
