Steadright Critical Minerals secures mining licence for flagship TitanBeach Titanium Project in Morocco

Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. recently announced that it has been granted the Mining Licence for its TitanBeach titanium project in Morocco, marking a significant milestone in the advancement of its flagship asset.

The licence, awarded by Moroccan authorities through NSM Capital Sarl-a vehicle in which Steadright holds a 76.5% equity interest-covers an approved project area of approximately 16 square kilometres (4 km by 4 km). According to the Company, this approval represents a first for Morocco in terms of the scale of designated area encompassed by a single mining concession.

"With approval covering a substantial 16-square-kilometre area, we are now well-positioned to advance development and unlock the full value of this world-class titanium asset."

The TitanBeach project spans a total concession area of 192 square kilometres. Exploration activities conducted in 2025 confirmed the presence of mineralised sands bearing ilmenite, titanomagnetite, magnetite, leucoxene, and rutile, with assay results returning iron oxide (Fe?O?) values of up to 79.5% and titanium dioxide (TiO?) grades as high as 14.9%.

Titanium is recognized as a critical mineral by the United States, the European Union, and Canada, owing to its essential role in defence, aerospace, medical, and industrial technologies. Its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and superior corrosion resistance make it indispensable across a broad range of high-value applications. The metal is utilised in two primary forms: as titanium dioxide (TiO?) for pigments and as titanium metal alloyed for advanced aerospace engineering, with few viable substitutes available.

The granting of the Mining Licence is a pivotal step forward for Steadright as it continues to advance the TitanBeach project toward development and production. The Company will provide further updates as it progresses with subsequent work programmes and feasibility studies.
