North Africa's first cold rolling project built by Sinosteel goes into operation

Sinosteel Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. commissioned the 1,780mm pickling and cold‐rolling tandem mill project at the Tosyali integrated steel works in Algeria.

The project, delivered under an EPC contract, represents North Africa's first integrated cold rolling facility. The newly operational tandem line combines pickling and high precision rolling in a fully automated, intelligent production system, enabling flexible manufacturing of both pickled and full hard coils to meet diverse market demands.
