Public notice issued for mining right transfer of Maogaishan bauxite mine in Zunyi

On July 29, the Department of Natural Resources of Guizhou Province published a public notice regarding the transfer and change of mining right for the Maogaishan bauxite mine in Sancha Town, Zunyi County, Guizhou. The notice period runs from July 29 to August 11.

The mine is located in Bozhou District, Zunyi City, covering an area of 1.1927 square kilometers. The mining right is valid from October 12, 2020 to October 12, 2030. The transferor is Guizhou Yaxin Mining Development Co., Ltd., and the transferee is Guizhou Tuoneng New Materials Co., Ltd. The transfer price is RMB100.30 million (USD14.84 million).
