Canada maintains duties on corrosion-resistant sheet imports from Turkey and Vietnam

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has completed expiry reviews of the anti-dumping duty on corrosion-resistant steel sheet originating from Turkey and Vietnam, as well as the expiry review of the countervailing duty on the same product from Turkey. The Tribunal determined that the expiry of these orders would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping or subsidization of such goods.

Current anti-dumping duties on the subject product from Vietnam range from 2.3% to 71.1%. For corrosion-resistant steel sheet from Turkey, anti-dumping duties range from 0% to 26.1%, while countervailing duty rates range from 0.4% to 3.6%.
