Benda Precision completes aluminum alloy die-casting and mold factory in Thailand

Guangdong Benda Precision Industry Co., Ltd. held an inauguration ceremony on July 16 for the Phase I project of its Thailand Benda production base – the company's first overseas manufacturing facility – located in the CPGC Technology Industrial Park in Rayong Province, Thailand.

The project broke ground in October 2025 and was completed on July 16, 2026, following nine months of construction. Upon full operation, the Thailand base will focus on aluminum alloy die-casting parts production and high-pressure mold manufacturing.

The facility represents a total investment of approximately RMB400 million (THB1.97 billion) and occupies a land area of approximately 30,624 square meters. The project is being developed in two phases. Phase I centers on precision die-casting core operations, with an investment of approximately RMB 260 million (THB1.28 billion). Once at full capacity, it is expected to generate an annual output value of approximately RMB200 million (THB980 million). Phase II, covering mold manufacturing, is scheduled to launch in 2028. Upon full completion, the entire base is projected to achieve an annual output value of RMB400 million (THB1.97 billion), with full production capacity targeted for 2030. The second phase will also include strategic business segments to complete the base's full capacity release.
