Datong County signs two aluminum deep-processing projects

During the key project signing ceremony of the 27th China Qinghai Green Development and Investment Trade Fair held on July 15, Datong County secured two major aluminum deep-processing projects: a 90,000tpy electrical aluminum round rod project and a 20,000tpy color-coated aluminum project, with a combined total investment of RMB91 million (USD13.44 million).

Both projects will be located in the Datong Beichuan Industrial Park. Leveraging Datong County's abundant green electricity resources and well-established aluminum industry foundation, the projects are expected to further extend the local aluminum value chain and boost the deep-processing conversion of electrolytic aluminum within the region.
