Youfa Kunda Pipeline's first spiral steel pipe production line goes into operation

On July 14, the first finished spiral steel pipe rolled off the production line at Youfa Group's Guangxi Youfa Kunda Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd.

The pipe, measuring 820×10×12 meters, was produced on the company's 219–1220mm spiral pipe forming unit. From groundbreaking to equipment installation and commissioning, the entire project took just 130 days to reach production.

With a total investment of RMB412 million (USD60.86 million) and registered capital of RMB150 million (USD22.16 million), the Guangxi Youfa Kunda facility covers nearly 80,000 square meters. The overall master plan includes three spiral steel pipe production lines, two steel plate coil pipe production lines, and a dedicated professional anti-corrosion finishing workshop. Once fully operational, the site will achieve a comprehensive capacity of 400,000tpy, establishing an integrated full-chain industrial base encompassing intelligent steel pipe manufacturing, anti-corrosion processing, warehousing and logistics, and import-export trade.
