Public notice issued for exploration right transfer of Datang bauxite mining block

On July 7, the Department of Natural Resources of Guizhou Province published a public notice regarding the transfer and change of the exploration right for the Datang bauxite mining block in Daozhen County, Guizhou. The public comment period runs from July 7 to July 20, 2026.

The exploration right covers an area of 15.82 square kilometers and is valid from August 4, 2025, to August 4, 2030. The transfer involves Southwest Energy Group Co., Ltd. as the assignor and Guizhou Chengqian Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. as the assignee, with a transaction value of RMB335,120,500 (USD49,302,593).
