Shenlong Group's strip steel new materials base in Yunnan fully operational

On July 2, Yunnan Shenlong Tengda New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. commissioned its 250,000tpy continuous hot-dip galvanizing/aluminum-zinc coating line. The line was undertaken on a turnkey basis by Huangshi Shanli Technology Co., Ltd. This marks the third line to go into operation within a single month, following the 500,000tpy continuous hot-dip galvanizing line on June 1 and the 500,000tpy continuous hot-dip galvanizing/zinc-aluminum-magnesium line on June 16. With this latest commissioning, all three continuous coating lines--covering galvanizing, aluminum-zinc, and zinc-aluminum-magnesium--developed by Shanli Technology for Yunnan Shenlong are now fully operational.

Yunnan Shenlong is a strategically positioned modern strip steel continuous coating production base established by the Shenlong Group in China's southwestern region. The Phase I project covers a full spectrum of coated products, including galvanized, aluminum-zinc, and zinc-aluminum-magnesium offerings. The project was formally signed in December 2024, and the first coil rolled off the line in June 2026--achieving production targets half a month ahead of the original schedule.
