Yada Green Energy secures environmental approval for stainless steel pipe and fittings expansion

On June 23, the Jiaxing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau issued an official approval notice for the environmental impact assessment of Zhejiang Yada Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.'s expansion project, which will add 5,800 tons of stainless steel pipes and 500,000 pipe fittings to its annual production capacity.

The expansion project, representing a total investment of RMB160 million (USD23.54 million) including RMB1.4 million (USD205,940) earmarked for environmental protection measures), will be carried out at the company's existing site at No. 525 Xinda Road, Xinfeng Industrial Zone, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City. Specializing in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and processing of pipes and fittings, the company will leverage its current facilities to build a new exhibition center, renovate its pickling workshop, and acquire 446 units/sets of advanced automated production equipment--including CNC laser tube cutting machines, an intelligent manufacturing logistics system for fittings, digital edge warehouse systems, automated mold-changing and loading/unloading systems, and intelligent solid-solution treatment systems, among other auxiliary devices.

Upon completion, the upgraded facility will have an additional annual output of 5,800 tons of stainless steel pipes and 500,000 pipe fittings.
