Major Chinese steel mills' daily finished steel output down in early Jun

Major Chinese steel mills produced around 19.40 million tonnes of finished steel in the first ten days of June, with an average daily output of 1,940,000 tonnes, down by 6.4% from late May, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).

By the end of the period, finished steel inventories at major mills were 16.87 million tonnes, an increase of 1.04 million tonnes, or 6.6%, from ten days earlier.
