CAMCE secures contract for Huatong primary aluminum project in Angola

CAMCE Resources Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE), has signed a business contract with Huatong Angola Industrial Co., Ltd. for the second phase (Lots 1–6) of the Huatong primary aluminum project in Angola. The contract value is RMB1.717 billion (USD253.85 million), representing 14.84% of CAMCE's total operating revenue for 2025.

Located in the Dande Industrial Park in Dande City, Bengo Province, Angola, the project involves the expansion of a primary aluminum production line with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons. CAMCE Resources will provide design, equipment procurement, and installation and commissioning services. The project schedule is 24 months from the commencement date.
