Wuhan Rikomay lithium battery recycling project settles in Wenzhou

Wuhan Rikomay New Energy Co., Ltd. has officially established its presence in the Wenzhou Marine Economic Development Zone, with plans to invest RMB500 million (USD73.77 million) in building a 40,000-ton-level lithium battery recycling demonstration and production base.

Once operational, the project will fill the gap in Wenzhou's new energy battery carbon recycling industry, address a critical shortfall in the lithium battery recycling value chain, and complete the full green loop of the battery "production–application–recycling–regeneration" lifecycle.
