Dali Dicastal's aluminum alloy wheel hub phase II project in official operation
On June 5, with the commissioning of an annual production line capable of producing 5 million aluminum alloy wheel hubs, Dali Dicastal Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (Dali Dicastal) officially launched its phase II project at the Xipi area of the Yunnan Heqing Industrial Park.
Dali Dicastal is a key production base strategically positioned by CITIC Dicastal in Southwest China. The project first broke ground in Heqing in September 2023. The phase I project, with an annual capacity of 3 million aluminum alloy wheel hubs, began construction in October 2023 and was put into operation in January 2024--just 92 days later.
The newly launched phase II project represents a total planned investment of RMB240 million (USD35.38 million). Utilizing existing plant facilities within the industrial park, the project has built an intelligent production line. The first stage of the phase II project has completed core processes such as melting, casting, and heat treatment. Subsequent stages will add high-value-added operations including machining and painting, leading to the full setup of a finished wheel hub production line.
