China Rare Earth (Anyuan) New Materials established

On June 1, China Rare Earth (Anyuan) New Materials Co., Ltd. was officially established. The company is a joint venture between China Rare Earth Jiangxi Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Rare Earth Group, and Jiangxi Mingda Functional Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ganzhou Qiandong Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. The establishment of this new company aims to further strengthen the security of China's strategic rare earth resources, promote orderly industry practices, and enhance the resilience and security of the nation's rare earth industrial and supply chains.
