Major Chinese steel mills' daily crude steel output declines in mid-May

Major Chinese steel mills reported crude steel production of around 20.96 million tonnes in the second ten days of May, with daily output averaging around 2,096,000 tonnes, down 0.7% from early May, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
