Colombia sets minimum price for Chinese welded conduits in final anti-dumping ruling

Colombia has concluded its anti-dumping investigation into welded circular conduits made of iron or steel from China. The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism has established a minimum FOB price of $2,126.66 per net ton for these products. Importers will be required to pay a duty equal to the difference if their declared FOB price falls below this threshold.

The products subject to the ruling are welded steel pipes with a circular cross-section, made of iron or steel, used for protecting electrical cables. They have nominal diameters ranging from 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) to 152.4 mm (6 inches) and fall under HS code 7306.30.99.00.

The final measures will remain in effect for five years, taking effect immediately upon official publication.
